Control
After a successful implementation the contract will transition into a stage of normal operations. In this control phase the client’s priority is to ensure compliance by the supplier with the operative terms of the contract. This is achieved by close and regular monitoring of the supplier’s performance by a set of defined criteria.
Within that context, NUM3RUS offers a variety of services ranging from a continuous quality assurance of KPIs, SLAs and costs of mediation, all the way up to the conclusion of the contract. Clients can then decide where they need further support, be it a contract debriefing, a GAP analysis or a renegotiation or extension of the contract.
