The transition phase entails considerable challenges for the conclusion of an effective contract. This phase requires special attention as the foundations for implementing the agreed services will be defined here. However, there is often a disconnect with the previous phases as a different set of executives get involved and the information flow from the previous (much more dynamic) phases is often sparse.
