Pre-Negotiation

The pre-negotiation phase is designed to fine-tune the client’s sourcing strategy.

In close collaboration with the client, Num3rus will define the criteria (KPI, SLA, T&Cs, etc.) that will be crucial for the negotiations with the suppliers. These criteria are based on the contingency plan developed in the strategy phase.

If requested by the client, Num3rus will also develop the RFP based on these criteria.

Beyond these tasks, Num3rus will act as a mediator between the different stakeholders (IT, operations, controlling, procurement and management) by conducting internal project governance workshops in order to ensure that all stakeholders understand the different work streams and foster the pursuit of a common goal.
